01

Payment & Refund Policy

Projects begin with a 50% advance payment before work starts, with the remaining 50% due on agreed milestones or on project completion, as set out in your quote.

  • We accept payment via direct bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal, and Stripe.
  • The 50% advance confirms your place in our schedule and is non-refundable once work has started.
  • If a client chooses to stop or cancel a project midway, the 50% advance payment already made is non-refundable.
  • Remaining milestone or final payments are due on the dates agreed in your project quote or contract.
  • Refunds for undelivered work beyond the advance are considered case by case and confirmed in writing.
02

Project Timeline & Revisions

Timelines are estimated during discovery and confirmed before work begins. Delays caused by late client feedback or missing content may shift the delivery date.

  • Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, outlined in your quote.
  • Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
  • We'll flag any timeline changes as early as possible, not after the fact.
03

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Once a project is complete and paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverables, including source code and design files, transfers to you.

  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any third party tools, plugins or licenses used remain subject to their own terms.
04

Confidentiality

Any business information you share with us during a project, including data, credentials and internal documents, is treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of the project.

05

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care in every project, but we're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue or business interruption, resulting from the use of delivered work.

Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

06

Communication & Support

During active projects, you'll receive regular updates and direct access to your project team. Support requests after launch are handled based on the support terms agreed for your project.
