Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Truellion Technologies' services. By working with us, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Our Services

Truellion Technologies ("we", "us", "our") is a software development company based in Gojra, Punjab, Pakistan. We provide the following services to clients worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada and UAE:

Mobile App Development
AI & Automation
Custom Software
SEO & Digital Growth
Chatbots & CRM Bots

By engaging with any of our services, requesting a quote, signing a proposal or making a payment, you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Project Agreements

Before any work begins, we will agree on the project scope in writing. This keeps everyone on the same page and protects both you and us.

  • Every project starts with a written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline and total cost.
  • Work begins only after the client approves the proposal and makes the agreed initial payment.
  • Any changes to the original scope after work has started may result in additional charges and a revised timeline.
  • Timelines provided are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials are not our responsibility.
Good to Know

We always recommend getting everything in writing before starting a project. A clear proposal protects both you and Truellion Technologies from misunderstandings.

Payment Terms

We keep our payment process simple and transparent. Here is exactly how it works:

  • 50% upfront deposit is required before any project work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files, source code or live deployment access is handed over.
  • For larger projects, payment may be split into milestone-based installments as outlined in your proposal.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Payoneer, Wise and other methods agreed upon at the time of invoicing.
  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the client's responsibility.
  • Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date may result in a pause of project work until payment is received.

Refund Policy

We want every client to be happy with their project. That said, because our work involves real time, labor and resources, refunds are handled as follows:

  • The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once project work has started, as it covers planning, design and early development work already completed.
  • If a client cancels a project before any work has begun, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 7 business days.
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope due to a fault on our end, a partial or full refund will be issued based on the work actually completed.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed and delivered work, even if the client later decides not to use the final product.
  • Refunds are not provided for delays caused by the client, such as late feedback, missing content or unresponsiveness for more than 14 days.
  • Monthly retainer services (such as SEO or maintenance) can be cancelled anytime with 14 days written notice. No refund is given for the current billing cycle already in progress.
Refund Requests

To request a refund, email hello@truellion.com with your project details. We review every request individually and respond within 3 business days.

Intellectual Property

We believe in giving clients full ownership of what they pay for.

  • Once full payment is received, all rights to the final deliverables (source code, designs, content) transfer to the client.
  • Until full payment is made, Truellion Technologies retains all rights to the work, including any code, designs or content created.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
  • Any third-party tools, plugins, licenses or stock assets used in the project remain subject to their own respective licensing terms.

Client Responsibilities

For us to deliver your project on time and to the agreed quality, we ask clients to:

  • Provide all required content, materials, brand assets and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Respond to project communications within a reasonable timeframe (typically 2-3 business days).
  • Ensure that any content, materials or data provided to us does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
  • Make agreed payments on time according to the schedule outlined in the project proposal.

Delays caused by the client (such as late feedback or missing materials) may extend the project timeline accordingly, and we are not liable for such delays.

Revisions & Support
  • Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal (typically 2-3 rounds).
  • Revisions must be requested within the agreed revision period after delivery. Requests made after this window may be treated as a new project.
  • Most projects include 30 days of free post-launch support covering bug fixes and minor adjustments, unless otherwise stated.
  • Major feature additions, redesigns or scope changes after project completion will be quoted separately as a new project or change request.
  • Ongoing maintenance and support beyond the included period is available through monthly retainer packages.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to deliver high-quality results, but please understand the following limitations:

  • Truellion Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables, including loss of revenue, data or business opportunities.
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as exact SEO rankings, sales figures or app downloads), as these depend on many factors outside our control.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of data, content and files at all times.

Termination
  • Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to resolve it within 14 days.
  • If a client terminates a project mid-way, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if invoices remain unpaid for more than 14 days past the due date.
  • Upon termination, any deliverables completed and paid for will be handed over to the client within 7 business days.
